In 2015, after receiving her Master's Degree in Global Communications from the American University of Paris, Ruby joined the Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) Group's Social Responsibility Team. There, she managed a global, internal communications project comprising of eight short films spanning across different countries (United Kingdom, France, Spain, United States, Russia, Japan, and China).
The short films told the stories of some of the most effective social responsibility initiatives across LVMH-owned companies (Parfums Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Sephora, LVMH Watch and Jewelry, Veuve Clicquot, Donna Karan, and Loewe). The films were created to inspire other employees across the Group to be involved in the work of social responsibility.
Ruby managed multiple aspects of the project, including, but not limited to: research, benchmarking, establishment of internal partners, creation and execution of presentations, content creation, campaign development, and the overall management of the project's action plan.
The project debuted in December of 2015, and was released internally, reaching an international employee network.
In addition, Ruby also played a major role in editing and writing the Social Responsibility Quarterly Newsletter, diffused internationally throughout the company. She also participated in the team's community programs, including public job forums and Youth Career Discovery Week.
